Facilities

At Newlands we are privileged to be the only place in Southwold to have an indoor heated swimming pool. The pool has a lovely secluded seating area next to the pool, maybe for a little snooze, chat or a little read.

We also have ample private off-road car parking at no extra cost.

We have full disabled facilities.
