placed accommodation which gives the visitor the chance to
explore the area.
With just a 15 minute walk into the centre of Southwold, Minsere
Bird Sanctuary just 10 mins down the road by car, plus all
the local beauty spots, Newlands is ideally placed. Visit
the Adnams Brewery which is situated in the town or climb
the local lighthouse, or just sit on the beach and take in
the stunning sights.
We offer full disabled facilities, we also have an inside
heated swimming pool(the only one in Southwold!) ample off
road car parking, tea and coffee making equipment. A beautiful
garden is there for your full enjoyment, maybe to read a book
or just to listen to the birds sing.
Over the years we have built up an impressive list of customers
that just keep returning year after year. We are a bed and
breakfast guesthouse.
