Here at Newlands of Southwold we offer excellently placed accommodation which gives the visitor the chance to explore the area.

With just a 15 minute walk into the centre of Southwold, Minsere Bird Sanctuary just 10 mins down the road by car, plus all the local beauty spots, Newlands is ideally placed. Visit the Adnams Brewery which is situated in the town or climb the local lighthouse, or just sit on the beach and take in the stunning sights.

Over the years we have built up an impressive list of customers that just keep returning year after year. We are a bed and breakfast guesthouse.

Accommodation there is a difference but by paying that little bit extra you get "NEWLANDS"

Newlands is an excellent guest house, just on the periphery of beautiful Southwold.
